A Best PCs Service and Warranty Disclosure


Note: Most laptop, desktop, mobile, and server work will void your warranty if you have one. If you have us do hardware work on these products types or other devices, this is your notice that the warranty may be voided.


All purchases come with a 7-day return police from the date of the original invoice and must be returned with all original packaging. Some returns may incur a restocking fee at the time of return. A 10% Restocking Fee Plus Shipping is non-refundable. Most items do come with a 1 year manufacture warranty unless it is refurbished or OEM Item. If there is a manufacturer warranty you must contact them for warranty repair or replacement. All In-Store Repair Labor comes with a 7-Day Service Guarantee from the date of the original invoice, and if the same problem persists, we will repair it free of charge.

The following items are not returnable Software, Printers, Scanners, Ink Cartridges, Toner, Refurbished Parts, OEM Parts, Hard Drives, Central Processor Units, USB/Media Devices, and anything of like kind that is not stated in the description. In addition, all repair labor is not refundable, but does come with a 7-Day Service Guarantee from the date of the original, and if the same problem persists, we will repair it free of charge.


All computer systems built by us with our logo or service agreement will have a 1 year parts warranty and 90 Day Labor unless specified. If anyone else besides us does work on the machine the warranty is no longer valid.


We will assume NO lability for any machine brought to us, we do our best to repair all devices, but if something happens to a device or component that is in our shop we are not responsible. You have to trust based on our history of great customer satisfaction and testimonies that we will treat you correctly in the event there is a dispute.


Abandoned Devices: If a device is left in our shop more than 30 days from our last communication it is considered abandoned and we will at our discretion hold and store the device or sell it/otherwise get rid of it. We will not be held liable for any devices that is left over 30 days without communication or agreement.


Parts Ordering and Payment Agreement



A payment is required in full to retain your property. Also, before the transaction is made, you may be required to sign a waiver of release, to retain your property. We will also include any inventory of property that is going in or out of A Best PC’s possession, and we retain the right to take any pictures to protect your property. Please note Labor is non-refundable.


A 40% deposit and full deposit of the price of all parts are required before services are rendered. You agree by us repairing your computer, tablet, phone it may require a loss of data from a factory wipe. We will do our best in backing up your private data. After such wipe, you are to install any 3rd party software, hardware such as printers, and any security software that you had paid for. We can assist you if needed using remote desktop software. You Agree To Sign Any Documents That Apply To Your Computer Repair and Any Additional Provisions That May Apply! You agree to temporarily change your Windows Password by going to http://account.live.com for Windows 8 and newer or any computer with a password on it. This is so we can back up your computer documents music and other personal data that you might have. Your temporary password is: ABESTPCS2016


When we need to buy parts for a repair job, we can give multiple options for most parts. Sometimes we can find the parts used, refurbished, compatible, or like new at a great discount. Sometimes we can get the parts directly from the manufacturer with fast shipping.


You get to choose if you want option 1:


Fast, Reliable, Warranty – This means we should buy from the manufacturer or one of their distributors


Or option 2:



Used/Refurbished, Compatible, Like New, less of a guarantee – this can mean deep discounts


Option 2 can also mean the part is coming from eBay from China, it can take a month to arrive sometimes!


We can handle this all for you, but either option requires the parts to be paid up front and can only be refunded after we get refunded. Some parts are non-refundable or returnable. Some items from option 2 may not be refunded.


We will go above and beyond in heling you deal with this process, but are at the mercy of suppliers from time to time.

Service Return Agreement



You agree that your computer was fixed to your specifications and requirements. We will give you a call back at the number provided to check up on your computer. This call back will be made within 7 days of service. If we do not hear from you within this time frame or you do not ask for additional assistance with your original repaired service that is covered under our service warranty, we will assume that everything is fixed and you are satisfied. Before receive your property back, you are required to sign this document.


You agree that your computer is in working conditions, thus releasing us from any complaints. We have tested, repaired and serviced your computer to the best of our capacity and there are limitations to the warranty of our services. These limitations include, we are not responsible for any further damages after it leaves our possession. And we retained the right to take pictures to show that we fixed your property and so we can learn from our mistakes. You are encouraged to fill out feedback for our services and recommend us to other customers.
